Furnished property, will be uploading pictures once I have things fully setup. Moved in recently, and am looking to rent out the upstairs. There are 2 rooms, bathroom with bath/shower & a game room that aren’t being used upstairs. My room is downstairs, so you’d have the entire 2nd floor to yourself. I have very fast fiber internet at the house. Pretty large fenced yard with woods behind, so its very quiet and peaceful. The house has a ring camera and other security cameras. I do not have any pets, or kids. It is just me living there. One of the upstairs room is empty and the other has a brand new queen mattress and a dresser. I don’t care if you decorate or hang stuff on the walls.

I’m hoping to find someone to rent out the upstairs to, because I’m trying to save money for a large purchase in the future. I’m part owner of a luxury transportation company in the woodlands.
