I have a two bedroom one bathroom apartment. (the picture that has the table set up in. It is the spare bedroom. I set my table up for pictures to try to sell it and the empty cabinetry above the toilet and next to the shower is for anyone who may move in with me for their personal bathroom items and there’s room under the sink) It’s got a nice backyard. There’s not really anywhere out front to sit, but there is a front and back porch. I do not have the second bedroom furnished, but the rest of the apartment is furnished. It’s getting cleaned and painted and it’s all set to go anyone interested contact me and you come over anytime no deposit required. I want someone who’s responsible pays rent on time without being asked for it And is neat and clean and tidy and quiet and not nosy if I’m listening with my headset on I don’t like to be talk to you every two seconds I’m a private person and I respect everyone else’s privacy and I pray for the same in return from anybody that lives with me there’s a big parking area And we’re only one and a half blocks from downtown Wellsboro. I’m kind, caring, loving and compassionate, understanding, helpful forgiving I will do anything for anybody, but I will not let anyone take advantage of my kindness and my soft heart. I am 55 years old and the mother of two grump boys so if you’re a young man, I would not feel uncomfortable at all sharing this apartment with you because it would just be like a nephew or someone to me so don’t be afraid to call because of my age.

I’m set in my ways. I don’t really know anyone personally here cause I just moved here, but I don’t ever see people. They don’t bother you. We all pretty much keep to ourselves around here. We don’t cause problems. We just talk when we see each other and just stay out of each other’s business.
