I’m renting a spacious master suite in a brand new house. It includes a private bathroom and an oversized walk-in closet that’s nearly the size of an additional room. Rent includes:

• Washer and dryer
• Internet
• Electricity
• Heating
  -Shared kitchen The room is located on the first floor, while the other bedrooms are upstairs. The house is less than 5 minutes away from supermarkets, highways, and shopping centers. Rent is 1,000 but is negociable if we find the right fit for our family.

You would be living with me, a Spanish teacher, my elderly mother (who speaks only Spanish), and my two daughters (ages 10 and 13) who are bilingual as me. For safety and privacy reasons, visitors are not allowed. If you speak Spanish, that would be a plus, but it’s not required. We are looking for a female roommate to join our smoke-free home. You can be a student or working person— the most important qualities for me is that the tenant is respectful, kind, clean and considerate.
