We are less than 5 minutes from Rockhurst, UMKC and the Country Club Plaza and 10 minutes to Downtown, Westport and Waldo.

I am a restaurant manager in my early 30s, my roomate is a part time student at UMKC in his mid 20s.
Application process is just answering a few quick questions to make sure you’re a good fit & then filling out an application on Zillow for $35 (I will send you the link)
Must have deposit ($650) and first month’s rent before moving in. There is also a separate $200 bill deposit.

One is mid 20s part time student at UMKC and works full time as a chef.
