Quiet, respectful, clean and looking for same. Prefer roomies closer to my age, 60 to 80, can make exceptions. I like my alone time, especially mornings, early afternoon. You would have your own half bath. Also prefer short-term, less than 15 months. Winter months find me hibernating when possible and spring, summer and fall season are truly outdoor seasons. Lots of yardwork, maybe you are willing to help me.
