Refundable $1100 deposit plus one time $100 move-in administration fee will be due when sign the lease.

Prefer to sign one-year lease, otherwise the rent will be 5% increase (at least 6 month). After one-year lease is finished, the lease could be turned into month-by-month lease at no extra 5% charge.
