Hi there! I’m looking for a female student or young professional to be my roommate. I have one bedroom open. It has a HUGE walk in closet to fit all of your clothes in. The bedroom can fit a queen size bed comfortably.There’s a jack-and- jill bathroom (connecting). I have a washer and dryer in the unit. There’s a half bath in the middle floor.

The condo offers a lot of space to chill, study, or hang out in the living room! If you’re wanting to decompress and veg out in front of the TV, then the living room is the perfect place for you! I also have a large bookshelf/library bridge area the overlooks the whole living room.

Lots of parking available across the condo. Never had a problem with parking. The subdivision is relatively quiet. A good mix of families and young professionals in the neighborhood. The subdivision is in the corner of Old Hickory and Amalie. You can turn left or right to get to either highways with ease since there is a traffic light at the intersection. Less than 5 minutes away from the YMCA, Kroger, Publix, Walmart, Lowe’s. The area is near Brentwood/ Nippers Corner and Nolensville. Absolutely great place if you want to try the best food restaurants.

A little bit about me as a roommate: I’m a 35 year old female. I work for a good majority of the week. I would love to keep a relaxing chill environment. I love to stay in and just watch Netflix or Hulu. I usually keep to myself, but I’ll definitely hang out in the living room with everyone to chat. I like to keep the space clean and not cluttered so it’s always welcoming for everyone living in the house. Absolutely LOVE to eat and try new restaurants.
