Quiet and safe neighborhood. Washer and dryer in the garage. Garage used for storage only very minimal space. Street parking available. Kitchen common area basically splits the home into two halves. 1/3 utilities with increase every other month due to water. 15 minutes away from 15 fwy and 805 fwy.

Two professional females occupy the home. They work Monday through Friday. Both very friendly and respectful of space and privacy.
