Only utility you share is the electricity (current average $30-35/mo) other water, garbage and high speed internet connection are all included. Refundable $1100 deposit plus one time $100 move-in administration fee will be due when sign the lease. Screening is requested! Credit and background checks completed in recent times are acceptable.

Prefer to sign one-year lease, otherwise the rent will be 5% increase (at least 6 month). After one-year lease is finished, the lease could be turned into month-by-month lease at no extra 5% charge. If you see this, the room is available! If you are interested, please call to schedule a tour!
