Hello I am a teacher and my husband is a chef. We live in a big beautiful house in the Ocean View Hills area in San Diego , very close to Chula Vista. We have a big bedroom upstairs that has just become unoccupied. Our roomate has lived with us for 5 years, he is moving in with his boyfriend and therefore we have the bedroom to rent. It’s very spacious, it has vaulted ceiling, an almost wall to wall closet and beautiful windows with white shutters. This bedroom rents with a big shared bathroom. It has double sinks. One sink and one medicine cabinet is exclusively for the roomate of this room. It rents for $1,300 and includes all utilities and wifi. We also provide a small fridge in the room to keep any food items. We have 3 indoor cats and one outside dog. Our cats do not wander We prefer a male gay roomate , since we are a LGTBQ household. We are looking for a month to month roomate.
