Food included, If.yoi have a list of groceries i cover then..try to be mindful though and I always have home.full.of food and drink., not picky..guests can come n sleep over. If your paying rent Its fair for you to be comfortable as possible. Only thing I ask smoking cigars cigarettes to be done outside pleaseee. Sundays and most Wednesdays you’ll have afternoon and evenings to yourself completely, and 4 days out the week I’ll be present at the apartment, I’ll be out of town every week unless weather or I get called in to work. As mentioned guests are welcomed, kids also. If you have some one planning on living with you, there’s an extra fee. Children are welcome also. (2 at most preferred) I’m quiet, and will be out your way, I am very laid back and trust everyone until there’s a reason not to, I don’t judge at ALL. I don’t care for a criminal background, but please be honest. Unfortunately if your background has ANY endangerment involving a child, or ANY sexual assault offenses, things of that nature I cannot accept you into the apartment. ( A background check is done only looking for those specific things cannot move forward with approval if so) If you have probation ECT. Not an issue please be honest. ( I have ran into a issue with this, please be honest, this apartment building is marijuana friendly and there’s a sportsman bar right next door) Rent preferred bi-weekly and a week and a half deposit. If you don’t have complete deposit arrangements are fine. If first 2 months there’s no issue with rent. It will be lowered every month (lowest it’d become is $700/single person or $730/ 2 people. Best part of you have a LICENSE, info have a car but NO LICENSE, if it’s something you’d need to occasionally use, not an issue. I trust everyone until there’s a reason not to.
