We have one bedroom available in a 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home starting Sept 1st running thru August 31st with option to re-new. The house features a backyard with a back deck and two garden beds ready for planting. We also have on-site parking available (space for two cars total).
The location is unbeatable. We are walking distance to both Whole Foods and Fred Meyer, and just a quick 10-minute walk into downtown.
You would be living with one male and one female ages 45 and 34. We are a very quiet and laid-back house. Both of us work standard 9-5 jobs and are usually in bed early. We are looking for a roommate who matches this vibe—this is strictly a non-partying household focused on a peaceful living environment.
Both roommates are currently considering getting cats, so we are not looking for someone who has a pet.
It says Cannabis friendly and it won’t let me change it. We are NOT 420 friendly.
Financials
Rent: $750/month
Utilities: Gas, electric, internet, and garbage are split evenly among roommates.
Move-in costs: 750 deposit
