Located off Nevin Road, this sprawling ranch just under 3000 square feet with TWO kitchens and TWO living rooms. The rooms are spread out for the ultimate privacy and comfort of our guests. The master bedroom has its own bathroom and is on one side of the home. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are on the opposite side of the home and share a bathroom. Bedrooms 4 and 5 are toward the rear of the home (with their own entrance) and share their own bathroom and small kitchen, equipped with all the basics for your enjoyment.
Room 1-(OCCUPIED) $300 a week (private bathroom, queen bed, walk in closet, shares kitchen #1 with rooms 2 & 3)
Room 2 - $250 a week, (queen bed, reach in closet, shares kitchen #1 with rooms 1 & 3 and shares bath room with room 3)
Room 3- $225 per week (twin bed, shares kitchen #1 with rooms 1 & 2 and bathroom with room 2)
Rooms 4 and 5 - $250 a week (share kitchen #2 and bathroom #2 and have private entrance)
The home features a new security system, ample parking, a laundry room with the basics, high speed internet, a newly built deck and huge backyard. Nevin Road is a short an easy commute to grocery stores, major highways and local attractions. If desired, rooms 4 and 5 can access their side of the home through a private door on the back or side of the house.
