Re your PRIVACY and QUIET ENJOYMENT

1. The front room of the home is private with a private entrance and is for my usage when on overnight visits during travel so you won’t even “see me”.
2. The 1st Roomie gets to have some inputs on the 2nd and 3rd Roomie to ensure the entire home is a “good fit”.

I’m a married retired government worker and a “snow bird”, who travels a lot to see my wife (she’s not retired). I can also guide you on IP/patent matters…..that’s part of our included agreement.
