The house is located near I 15, I 215 and Legacy freeway. There is a park in walking distance and the Front Runner station is 5 minutes drive away too. The house was remodeled just a few years ago. Currently, there are two renters. One is a primary school teacher and the other is a government worker. All utilities are included in the rent. It’s an easy going environment here at the house. This house is situated in a very safe neighborhoods. The room is equipped with a twin size bed, dresser and a desk. All kitchen appliances and accessories are shared. The lease term is six months. It can be renewed every 6 months to allow flexibility for the renter and the landlord.
