The room comes fully furnished with all brand-new amenities, including a queen bed and mattress, bedding, a 32” TV, a small desk, and a small kitchenette area with a full-size fridge/freezer and microwave. The private bathroom features a walk-in shower, along with a generously sized walk-in closet.

This is straightforward, low-maintenance living situation, best fit for a working professional who values privacy!

Short-term stays are welcome. All utilities are included (Gas, Electric, Trash, Fiber WIFI, Etc…) making it a convenient option for temporary housing.

Located about 10 minutes from Imperial Beach, Otay Ranch, Eastlake, Chula Vista, and National City, with easy access to I-5, I-805, and CA-125 for easy commuting throughout San Diego.

Rent is $1,400 for a single occupant or $1,700 for a couple. Pets are welcome with a one-time $200 deposit.

As of right now, it’s myself and my younger brother living on the third floor. We’re very kept to ourselves, and will always opt for silence and to not bother others.

We value a clean and organized space and do our part to keep common areas tidy. Overall, we’re easygoing and low-key, and try to make the home comfortable for everyone.

My brother and I are big time PC gamers, we’re both car guys, and love being outdoors!
