Small, 3-bedroom, brick cottage with spacious yard in quiet neighborhood. Off-street parking, fenced-in backyard with garden space and greenhouse. A short 7min drive to downtown Durham, about 12mins to shopping at Brier Creek. Bus stop for Route 2 just down the street. Rent includes utilities, electricity, internet (Google fiber), and security system. Because we have a dog, we’d like to meet with potential new roomies in-person, for the initial interview.

Two female roommates (an archaeologist and a baker) and a dog. When not working, expect them to be gardening, cooking, dog walking, and vegging out with youtube and video games. Our ideal roomie will be a working professional or student, dog savvy or willing to learn, tidy, and up for the occasional household project/activity (painting a room, grilling out, weekend trip to the beach).
