Price and getting it furnished is negotiable. I’m also a military member. This is a brand new Lennar construction home that is a Tahoe model 4bed 2.5 bath. The room will be one of the 3 bedrooms upstairs with it’s own living room. I am open to up to 3 renters upstairs as the upstairs is 3 bedroom 1 bath with a central loft. Downstairs is where I will take care of my kids 50% of the time, and my kids sleep in my master bedroom with me on the main floor. You are welcome to utilize my washer and dryer, wifi, and TV streaming services. I will be with my kids downstairs, but you will need to like kids (both my boys have ADHD) and be friendly. My ex (their parent is a transitioning woman) and will be in the home early weekday mornings since I need to be at work at 530am. I will be fairly selective of who lives with me since you will be a bit of an added member to my family :D. I also have a 15yr old yorkie that is very calm and friendly.

I am a single working mom with 3 kids (4, 10, 12). I just bought a brand new home, but I’m looking for help with the mortgage and to help pay down some debt as I rebuild after a big move and divorce. My ex is trans, good friends, and will be around often as the parent to my kids. Normal bedtimes for us are between 7-9pm, and a little later on the weekends. Not much partying, but I do drink sometimes. No smoking or Marijuana in the house is allowed.
