Home is located in a safe and quiet residential community in the Harvest at Limoneira neighborhood in Santa Paula. The neighborhood includes a fitness center/gym, yoga center, community pool, and jacuzzi, which are all available for your own enjoyment. Rent includes access all of these amenities and all utilities. I have a 4 bedroom 3 bath house, clean and very spacious. Currently 2 male roommates (1 upstairs, 1 downstairs) and myself in the master. Spacious room for rent upstairs near the laundry room. Shared bathroom with the male roommate upstairs (will have own sink/storage area) . I also have a home gym in the garage that you would be welcomed to use. Street parking available throughout the neighborhood.

I am a working professional and would like to find someone in a similar situation. I am friendly, respectful, and very understanding.

I am looking for a responsible, reliable, professional adult that is financially stable, clean, and respectful. This room is spacious with a large closet.

-All utilities included. House cleaner 1x/month.

-Access to community gym and pool

-Full access around the house (laundry, kitchen, garage)

-Room can be furnished with a queen-sized bed and 2 nightstands if needed.

-Single person only; overnight guests welcome, just let me know.

-Preferably no pets
