Hello! I have a 4 year old daughter and I’m renting out a room in my townhome. It’s an upstairs downstairs. There is a garage and you may store some of your stuff in there, I have a washer and dryer you can use. There’s a half bath downstairs, and upstairs it’s a jack and Jill bathroom attached to our rooms. The doors do lock. You have access to the kitchen and common areas, just clean up after yourself. Looking for drama free, friendly person! The rent you’ll pay is $650 and we will split utilities 50/50 they average $150-$200 so about $75-$100 each

I ask for no drama. No overnight guests. You may have people over occasionally, but please be courteous and let me know. If you move out I ask that you give me a 1-2 month notice.
