About the room

The property is in a quiet neighborhood. Shared bathroom when other room is rented. It has a large backyard there is no access to the shed in the back and I can spare a little bit of room in the garage for some boxes. All utilities are included there is no cable. The room is empty but i do have a single bed if needed. If interested let me know.

About the roomies

I’m the only one on the property. My Girlfriend and her two kids do come and visit once or month or so. Looking for someone who is quiet and respectful of the property and other. I prefer no smokers and no couples.
