Now available April 2026 . interested applicants will be considered until renter signs. Private Room for rent in Bloomington, Minnesota. Rooms are furnished. A month to month rent/lease is preferred (4-6 months). Longer rental/lease will be okay too and will be considered.

*$600 a month. Utilities are included like water, heat, electricity (Air Conditioning A/C). (Usage should be within reason: water, heat, a/c and electricity, trash, sewage). Laundry is onsite (please bring your own high efficiency (HE) detergent etc…). You also will have your own 4.5 cubic foot personal refrigerator (with upper freezer compartment) and is Magic Chef brand.

This price includes all utilities AND high speed internet (Wi-Fi).

Retired owner of a home. Offering a non-shared room (private room) and shared bathroom for rent. You will have a private main level bedroom with a window and a large closet and/or dresser, and shared access to most common areas of the home. Parking is outside in the driveway - please move your vehicle when the plow service comes.

All are welcome to apply. Please share any background about yourself that will help with your interest and why you would like to rent (hobbies etc…). All are welcome and better rental price arrangement may be made if stay is less than full time. Rooms are furnished. and there is a shared kitchen. A 4.5 cu. ft Magic Chef second refrigerator for usage (free). Living room common area. Basement lounge common area with TV.

No pets or smoking/vaping please (no excessive drinking). You must be a non-user and non-smoker, with good credit and tenant history, and have no criminal background. You should also be gainfully employed or adult student that is financially able to pay the monthly rent on time each month (thank you!).

You can bring new bedding (like your own sheets, pillow, blanket if you wish). Has a queen size bed. There is free parking. One garage parking spot. Free parking on the driveway and street.
