Henry Street
About the room
Tall ceilings with exposed beams. The bedroom has lots of natural light, the sun rises in the morning on that side of the house. There’s a decent sized closet in the room. The bedroom currently has a very old bed and bed frame in it which we can get rid of if you don’t need it. It’s the only room with carpeting. The shared spaces of the apartment are already furnished, and since those areas are smaller, there can’t be more furniture, or much in the way of decor in the common spaces. The shared kitchen has a “bar style” counter table for eating at, with 2 chairs. There’s pots, pans, silverware, plates, etc. The kitchen has an Electric stove, microwave, toaster, random other amenities. There is no dishwasher. The bathroom has a stand up shower with sliding glass door. There is a washer in the basement but no dryer. There are free parking spots on the side of the building. There is no trash pick up, so I bring the trash to the garbage dump with a monthly pass. It is a second story walk up, so unfortunately not wheelchair accessible. There is a covered front porch with a long couch, which is great in the summer.
Looking for a longer term lesee to stay until at least the end of August.
About the roomies
“I’m a quiet graphic designer raised in the Valley. I work in Florence but also sometimes from home doing freelance work, and generally keep to myself. I enjoy drawing, making short films, music, electronics and exploring nature. I like walking in nature, reading, and history podcasts. I have a pet indoor cat, Carrot, so unfortunately I cannot welcome more pets. There is also a small Russian Tortoise who has free rein to walk around my room. My partner visits in the evenings sometimes.
