About the House & Neighborhood The home is a 1928-built, 2,024 sq ft house with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms across three levels. The main floor has two spacious bedrooms, hardwood floors, and a cozy living room with a gas fireplace. The bathroom is shared but only with the other mainfoor bedroom occupant and guests. The kitchen opens to an enclosed sunroom full of natural light. Upstairs is my private bedroom space. This room is the main floor bedroom 11’6 x 13’2.

The neighborhood offers easy access to local parks, trails, and bike paths, making it ideal for outdoor activities. There are nearby shopping centers, grocery stores, and casual cafés within a short drive, and public transportation options are convenient for commuting.
