Apartment is on the 1st floor. 3 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment. 1 bedroom available fully furnished share the common areas (kitchen and bathroom) with 2 rooms are empty. NO SMOKING/NO VAPING/ NO WEED/NO Cannabis, NO PETS/NO COUPLES.
Washer/Dryer in apartment. Short term and long term lease available.
Very Clean and quiet individuals, Not a party house. 1 person per room.
SHARED -Bathroom All Inclusive, All Amenities, All Furnishings, On-site Street Parking, and Uncovered parking across the street. SANITATION | CLEANLINESS: **3 free Cleaning session is included in a 13-week stay (must be arranged at least 10 days prior.)
**Trash is to be removed from your unit nightly into designated covered trash storage in the side of the building away from the building. NO SHOES in the apartment.
POLICY: Strict Policy: ~No Smoking | ~No Vaping | ~No Illegal Drugs ~No Pets | No Animals ~For Guests staying over 5 nights, you will be charged an additional nightly charge. ~Minors or any occupant needing special assistance are NOT to be left in the apartment or building unattended. ~For sanitary reasons, we ask that you: -Remove shoes upon entry into your unit -Remove trash nightly from unit into sealed bags and place into exterior trash bins with closed lids. -Do not feed any passer by animals.
SECURITY: Each unit has its own key-less entry Building is Equipped with Security Surveillance in the common areas (i.e. halls, basement and exterior grounds.)
**As a privacy consideration, we do NOT operate any interior camera/recording device within your private unit.
PARKING: Uncovered Street Parking is available in front of the house.
TRANSPORTATION/ACCESSIBILITY: Located 5 Minutes to Downtown Hartford Accessible to the I-84, I-91 and CT-8, CT-15, CT-72, and CT Public Transportation Nearby access to the Metro-North takes you into New York City (N.Y.C.)
MINIMUM STAY: 3-Month minimum stays are preferred **Please be sure to communicate any changes in assignment as soon as you know!
**Based on the overall situation, half of your Reservation hold fee may be returned if you’ve had a cancelled assignment and have advised us at least 5 days prior to arrival.
**Work assignment letter and employer contact person may be requested to be sent via email prior.
DUE AT CHECK-IN: Refundable Damage Deposit of (US $500 to $1000) depending on length of stay.
**Please let us know of any nut or other allergies to certain detergents, etc. at the TIME of BOOKING!
**Please let us know if any guests(s) are expected during your stay in excess of 3 nights. **First Months rent (if a holding fee was given, this amount will be deducted from your first months rent.) **ID (if not previously emailed)
