You would have your own private entrance, spacious living space, a large primary bedroom, and a bathroom with a tub/shower. There is a large shared kitchen with a big island, cozy dining area, dishwasher, and full-size stainless steel appliances. The washer and dryer are located off the kitchen as well. There is a furnished third bedroom that is shared when guests are in town. The house has a driveway, but street parking is always available, too. The backyard is fully fenced and offers a shed for additional storage. Rent is $1500 plus shared utilities. The area is walkable and near multiple restaurants, stores, and is less than a 10-minute drive to the lake. Also, less than 15 minutes from Northwestern and no more than 12 to Oakton Community College. LifeTime Fitness and Old Orchard Mall are also less than 5 minutes away!
A little about me- I work full-time as a nanny outside the home M-F and a few weekends a month as well. I have one hypoallergenic dog named Zoe, who is very friendly, but will remain out of your section of the home. I do travel/work overnights, but Zoe will have a pet sitter while I am away. I am clean, tidy, organized, and responsible, and hoping for the same in a roommate. Looking for a roommate, but of course would love to make a new friend, not a must though! We can coexist cordially if you prefer. I am a non-smoker/non-party animal and ask that the home remain smoke-free as well. No pets please!
