There is one room available. It’s a mid sized room with white carpet and a walk in closet. The bathroom space would be shared. Plenty of counter space in the bathroom and kitchen. As well as storage. The apartment has white carpet, tall ceilings, fire place, and cherry wood detailing in the kitchen. Kitchen has most appliances including dishwasher, fridge, and laundry units. The apartment has a security feature including being a gated community with security officers after hours. Also, a private balcony with outside storage. The complex has a clubhouse, computer room, pool, picnic area with grills, basketball court, tennis court, as well as a nature trail. Free parking and free trash disposal. I’m a 21 year old female who works full time. I’m very sociable and I love a good drink. My two other roommates are a couple. They’re both very friendly and love a good hangout as well. We have a very good dynamic between each other and have all become friends but we do love our alone time including having expectations for our personal space. We’re lgbtq+ friendly. We’re fine with pets but there is a fee and the pet will not be our responsibility. We’re also very clean people and have immense pride in our space. We just ask for mutual respect in general.
