the room that we are offering is shown in the pictures, it is about $820 per month, and about $100 more per month for utilities. there is also a $350 security deposit. the room is located in the SDSU college area, tucked in a quiet neighborhood.
we have a full kitchen, a living room with TV, a garage with washing machine and dryer, a backyard, and the bathroom would be shared with two other roommates! we also keep our communal spaces tidy!!
we are asking for a roommate who preferably has no pets, but is not allergic to cats, age 21 through 30, and is preferably also a woman! there are 3 of us currently living here, we are all women, 2 aged 25 and 1 aged 26. we also have one cat in the house.
