About the room
It’s in the Town and country sub- Division and my 4 bedroom house sits on Mill Slough Creek in my back yard. You can fish or just enjoy the birds to. I have a Smoker/ BBQ and picnic table, lawn chairs. Please no alcohol cigarettes or cigars. My home is your home when you move in. We are very polite and is a safe environment. With no bullshit and my neighborhood is quite and safe.. There is a dollar store 4 blocks away, a Wal-Mart 1 1/2 miles and the post office is 1/2 mile. There is a bus stop 1 .Block away and Valencia college is 1 1/2 miles away..
About the roomies
I have 1 male roommate a nice gentlemen who is very private and stays to himself. He’s a football buff. You won’t even know he’s there half the time..
