Apartment is 3br/1bath, with an even split on each room putting you responsible for about 930 dollars, plus about 100 in additional utilities. I have one room open. The other people in the house are myself, and two girls sharing a room.

The area is really nice, in my opinion. 2 laundry rooms on property, a pool, gym, and “barbeque” areas. My apartment has a small fenced in patio, a pretty large living room, and a decently sized kitchen.

The individual rooms are pretty big. My room comfortably fits a large desk, a full sized bed, a bookshelf, and has a closet. The other rooms are similarly sized.

About the roomies

I am currently a Gender Studies/International Relations major Sophomore at UC Davis, looking for new roommates starting next Fall quarter. I do not drink/smoke, do drugs, or party, but I’m also not going to try to control your choices to drink or smoke, so long as the smoking is outside of the apartment walls. I have a pretty late sleep schedule, but am able to sleep decently well through morning noise. My family will be helping me with rent, so late rent shouldn’t be an issue.
