It features a large, private bathroom with a walk-in shower—ideal for a single professional or a fully employed couple. Given the layout, I am considering this for male-only occupancy. Month-to-month, short, mid, or long-term leases up to a year. I understand clinical rotations, internships, and residency programs don’t always fit a standard 12-month lease. Your lease can adapt to your schedule. The house is on two levels, allowing us to easily arrange male-only and female-only floors to ensure everyone’s comfort. All rooms are genuinely spacious—no cramped quarters here. The Kitchen is equipped to run a small restaurant.

So far, it is just me. I’m studying for the bar myself, so I understand the need for quiet, comfort, and a space that works for you, not against you.
