Spacious bedroom on the second floor of a 3-bedroom house. You’ll share the home with two young professionals (one male, one female, mid-twenties). Everyone has their own room. We’re quiet and generally keep to ourselves. Utilities are not included, but we have solar panels, so bills average around $60 per person per month.

You’ll be sharing the house with me (male, student/software developer, mid-twenties) and one other housemate (female, mid-twenties, mostly works from home). I’m usually out during the day at college, or in my room studying/working. We’re both quiet, clean, don’t smoke, don’t host parties, and generally keep to ourselves.
That said, we’re not antisocial. We’re into board games and watching series together once in a while, and happy to hang out from time to time if you’re up for it.
There’s plenty of space in the house, and the landlord is very accommodating and easy to reach, quick to help if anything comes up.
We’re looking for a chill, friendly housemate to take the room that will be vacated in early January.
