About the room

Looking for a clean, chill roommate to share a gated apartment with laundry, a pool, and a nice balcony. Your portion is $725 and an additional $50 for utilities which include water, garbage, heat, internet, all that! Monthly $775 for your part! You’ll have your own bedroom with a huge closet, shared bathroom, access to all common areas, and a parking spot if you need it. Smoking is fine right outside the property, and we’re super close to the garbage and laundry area.
