Rent is $770 a month, with a $770 deposit. Each tenant pays the same amount of rent, and utilities are paid by the landlord. The house has a big backyard, a hot tub, and a sunroom. It’s also within walking distance of downtown!
About the roomies
There are two girls living here, including myself, outside of the room in this listing. Cleanliness, respect, and good communication are important to us both. You’ll need to pass a vibe check with us before moving in, and a background check with the landlord, before moving in.
We also already have 2 kitty cats living here, and we unfortunately cannot take any more pets.
We are LGBTQ+ friendly, and are looking for female or other LGBTQ+ tenants. This is a safe space!
