THE VIBE:
If you are looking for a stable, “no-drama” home where you can actually relax, this is it. I provide a safe, respectful, and predictable environment where your privacy and peace of mind come first. I’m a creative professional, 40+, and I keep the house positive, inclusive, and very well-kept.
If you want a quiet place to land where you’re treated with respect and don’t have to worry about household stress, this is it.
THE SPACE:
• Featured Bedroom: Private first-floor room featuring unique partially vaulted ceilings and a large spacious closet. This bright, airy space comes furnished with a full-size bed, TV stand and area rug.
• Updated Comfort: You’ll have access to an updated kitchen and a clean, recently refreshed bathroom.
• Kitchen & Laundry: I’ve set up a dedicated organizational system with plenty of shelf and fridge space for you. There is also a full-sized washer and dryer on-site.
• Room to Breathe: Since it’s just the two of us, the house stays quiet, organized, and stress-free.
• Zero-Stress Parking: You’ll have a dedicated spot on a large circular driveway, literally five feet from the front door. You will never have to “shuffle” cars to get out in the morning.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
I’m in a great spot—2 minutes from Macomb Mall and plenty of restaurants. If you need a bigger shopping fix, Partridge Creek is only about 15 minutes away.
THE LOGISTICS:
I care more about finding the right person than anything else. To help you get settled, I’m happy to split the security deposit into two payments.
