I have a room for rent in a house in Rio Communities, NM. The rent is $500 including utilities and you would share the bathroom with one other tenant. The room can be furnished or not. No smoking, no pets. I’m looking for someone who is easygoing and neat in the common areas. This is a great place for retired people, UNM Valencia students or someone who works in Los Lunas. It is a beautiful, quiet area. It would be cool if you played chess!
