( I only allow you to live in , Wall tents , Canvas tents , Military , Yurts , Tipi or equilvalent such as a Bell tent. Supply your own tent ) Sorry, no RV’s or Camp Trailers or 5th wheels. You can always message me with your idea, or if you already have something. Maybe a conversion van, tent trailer or something small is fine. A lot more importantly it depends on me having the right kind of people.

I am looking for good people. Tents are a great space amongst the forest and there are many different locations you are able to be set up. Horses and livestock are allowed here. I have endless firewood which is gold when living off grid. My help is available for you ! Bigger jobs of help might have a very small fee or trade around with each other. processing firewood, carrying heavy items , moving wood stoves , building fence or whatever you need. It is best to work together. You can always have your own alone time at anytime and seclude yourself. You have a perimeter around your tent that is your space. Lots of opportunity for future growth, building a cabin or having animals or chickens. Chill out and live in the forest under some big trees. Possible family is okay, but not a good place for small children because we have beautiful mountain lions. Multiple tents side by side or connected together are cool. log cabin additions or decks and deck platforms are awesome, and I can help you build and frame up structures. I have thirty years of construction exp. Whatever is done , I want it to be gentle on the wildlife, especially the moose. It’s important that dogs don’t chase the moose. There is currently a momma moose with calf passing through. Chain link fence or similar fence all around your tent or site is a great idea. Minimum a tiny fenced area for your ice chest is needed because the black bears push against stuff and sniff around. I can help you dispose of your trash weekly. I also cook with propane which is quick for making coffee in the morning. There is a lot of options, flexibility and many ideas for creating your own special designed spot. It’s a secure property and nobody enters your designated site. You can also put up game cameras. Long term tenants who have become friends will have more options for upgrades and have a much larger private site. Homesteading is possible. Myself, I am looking to start up a herd of cattle in 3-4 more years time. I could use help, but help is not mandatory. I am also interested in having a large pen for free range rabbits. I am currently studying about livestock and silvopasture - having pastures amongst the trees. Also learning about planting grains and seeds and interested in planting for helping the bees. If you are interested in bee keeping my place would be perfect for you. After clearing some sticks from the ground , I plan to do a lot of tilling and make the ground ready for planting buckwheat, clover, goldenrod, triticale , and many others to mix in with the native plants. Twenty four minutes drive either driving west or south and there are gyms where you can shower. The gym to the west is forty per month no contract. My place is a shared accomodation property. Wall tents have floors and are comfortable and you can rearrange your furniture and place the tent on level ground that’s dug into the hillside .and surriunded by trees ,which you can’t possibly do with a camp trailer. The excavation of the level space is already done for you. The property is zoned residential property but does not currently have a permanent address. I can have it adressed in the near future. On this shared property there is a lot of opportunity for you to be a part time caretaker and trading chores for rent. To be a cowboy , to be Clint Eastwood once in your life. The cell service is spotty , even along the main highway. When on the property there is generally weak signal and there’s medium bars of signal in some places and in others areas full bars. Maybe not full bars at your exact tent site, but only a two minute walk away., yes. And you can get Starlink . This place is only slightly cannabis friendly, keep that in your tent. I will need good quality communication from people applying because in my past, on stupid Craigslist I have seen ninty nine percent of people put in almost zero effort on their part towards any initial introduction. It seems that people put in very little effort in describing general details about themselves so that i can have an idea about them. Goes both ways, I am very honest and accurate and transparent and give many details so that you have a vision of what you are getting into. I don’t need any specific or private info about you, but I don’t want to message one tiny sentence back and forth a thousand times. I will need to have decent conversation because there’s so many flakes and dreamers that actually don’t have it truly in their hearts to live off grid and are just looking for a lower cost place until they get their feet on the ground. I am mentioning this because people seem difficult and lazy and entitled to deal with anymore. Therefore there has never been a renter. Sorry if I sound annoyed, I really am a cool person. Anyhow I believe that this website will be good for connecting. You supply yourself your own canvas wall tent , they are often for sale locally starting at one fifty , but most are sold in the four to six hundred range. I may be able to loan you a couple of different smaller vintage canvas tents that i have and cots etc. But be expected to get your own. If you don’t have a bed or furniture, I have a truck and can help with hauling stuff for you , such as a bed that you buy. I know that i will not be scammed or taken advantage of . I am very street wise and I know the world and it will be impossible for ghetto people to enter into any deal with me , little alone even view the property. I am looking for good, honest people who are currently on the right path and I am a terrific friend and there is a lot of room for growth and many upgrades over time are available to you especially for long term tenants. There’s no water well , haul in your own water from town or have me haul it in for you. I can haul you in five gallon water jugs for washing or you dishes or something. Shower at the spokane valley YMCA. There’s a seasonal creek approx a hundred and twenty ft away from your camp site. No contaminating the creek. There is no neighbors or houses around and are surrounded by designated forest land. Lots of wildlife including cougars , bobcats , black bears and moose right outside of your tent. Live like you are full time camping , stare into a campfire every night. It’s month to month living, no contract . Surrounded by cedar, hemlock, grand , douglas and other species of trees that are of all sizes. Endless firewood to keep you warm and lots of help and advice from myself the property owner. Outdoor cooking area propane and wood , good outhouse in place. Humingbirds, ravens , butterflies and owls. No mosquitos, some ants on the ground in July and Aug. but overall not many bugs at all. Fresh air and cooler temps than the city which really helps in the summer. Heal here from the stress and rat race and noise of the fast moving city. We have some semi open areas of land with sunlight and smaller trees. Lots of places to hike or find a secret extra private spot on the property to sit and relax and absorb the vibe of the forest. You can do some light construction and add additions onto tents such as decks or chain link fence around your tent , but in the begining it is strongly recommended to live simple and low impact on the nature. Wood stoves and heavier items are moved by hand cart and dolly. I have many simple techniques such as creating poles from trees and erecting two poles into the ground on each end of a tent space platform and using a cable connecting the poles to create a ridgeline above your tent to have an additional canvas or green tarp roof slightly above your tent. To keep your tent space much more dry and protected during the months of damp weather. The terrain is all sloped everywhere and has great character and top quality views and setting. It keeps you in shape walking around. A very rare opportunity for the right minded person or couple.

I am with good Christian beliefs and I am a strong Conservative and Patriot. Heros of mine would be Charlie Kirk or the Trump family. There is no woke ideas here or pronouns only strong common sense. I am blessed with a special property and a very tiny humble cabin that I mostly only use on the weekends. There has never been a tenant before in the past and I have owned the property for twelve years. I could trade rent for chores and maybe even pay a little money on top of that , but only to the right person or couple. I really like donkeys and sheep but I would need to make sure that I am a qualified good owner and that I have the time and care for animals. If i end up growing to have animals I would probably get a livestock protector dog or two, firstly the Anatolian sheperd and maybe a doberman for elegance. I have a long history of gardening but I mostly do that in town where water is much more available. I have trucks and can haul water to feed cattle. Your tent site will start out in an area within about fifty feet or so of my tiny cabin but I can quickly prepare an area that is a touch farther out. Also location can change later to a much more secluded spot when we agree upon it. The current area is a hand dug level spot and cleared of brush and is more easily usable and is moderately private because there are medium sized trees all over in that place. A tenant who stays long term and builds trust and friendship and who is honest can have the ability to move their site outward to an extra private area somewhere on the property. Later after some months we can select an area and tidy it up and clear sticks from that place and improve it and make it ready. There is many cool places and a lot of options and flexibility. It takes time to bond and trust people. I am very dog friendly but I have concern that a dog on site will push the wildlife back up into the forest and my goal this year is to be quiet and get some more great personal views of cougars , moose and bears. Also, this is a great place for photography. Game cameras capture on site all of the animals listed. I have 2 years living off grid exp. full time on this property about 9 years ago. A tenant would be best if they did not have many possesions or vehicles as there is not much parking available. I keep food and dishes in totes to keep mice from touching. There is a certain system to living off grid in the woods and i would be more impressed if you have expierence. it is actually quite fun, relaxed and a very beautiful life. hand feeding chipmunks and hearing the sound of the wind on the trees or hearing owls at night while living simple by candle light and hot water bottle, there’s many advantages to this lifestyle, like reducing stress and opening up areas of the mind by being surrounded by gorgeous nature and noticing the moon and stars. Have you ever heard hummingbirds chirp ? You can on this ranch. This place is definitely not for parties or getting drunk or bringing a handful of friends over. This place is special and for me is meant to live very humble and to walk softly and be easy on the nature and wildlife. People with a lot of camping exp. would be best suited. Cowboy type people or people who grew up on a farm or atleast worked on a ranch or have done some construction work would be optimal. Maybe after a windstorm there’s a fallen tree across the driveway, it’s very rare but happens and it’s good to be a survivor. I often use an axe to chop the tree and use a chain to hook it to the front of a truck and drag it to turn it sideways and open the driveway back up. I have several hundreds of hours exp. running chainsaw on many different properties. But whenever i can i always default to a low tech and primitive style. That’s my favorite style and system, low tech primitive , a little more slowly but more surely and with soul and a vintage charm.
