The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking equipment and has a dishwasher and microwave. There is a brand new washer and dryer. The townhouse has 3 levels with the living room/dining/kitchen level sporting views of the bay along with a deck to enjoy them. Additionally a patio off the dining room against a beautiful hill. The townhouse is full of light with windows and trees all around. It sits on the edge of 100 acres and has hiking paths too. It is very safe too. Great hiking trails just minutes away.

There is a TV in the living room, has wifi and a parking spot in the garage. Plus there is storage in the back of the garage if you need it. There’s no mildew or musty smell whatsoever.

Walkable to Bart, although it is up hill on your return but only on the street where the townhouse is located.

The rent is 1,400.00 a month plus splitting the PG&E bill each month. All other costs are covered. The security deposit is one months rent. No pets there is already a sweet cat named Bailey who is happy alone but loved people around.

Perfect for a student. It’s a month to month rental. Available January 1st but could be rented as of December 27th.
