Work then unwind in a spacious master bedroom on the second floor of a 4-bedroom 2000 sqft house in a well-sought after and newer community right in the border of Fairfield/Vacaville area. The whole space occupies the two whole corners of the house which gives it access to beautiful views of both of the mountains and the garden. The community sits in the foot of the hills which are golden in summer and lush green in winter and spring. We are 4.1mile away from Travis Air Force Base and close to many beautiful parks, golf courses in Paradise Valley, hiking trails, Pickle Ball courts, shopping and restaurants at Vacaville Premium Outlet, Costco. We are also in close proximities to wineries in Suisun and Napa Valley (about half-an hour drive). Lastly, we are close to several hospitals, healthcare facilities and offices, as well as business hubs in Solano County.

You will be comfortable with a queen-sized bed and an ensuite with dual sinks, tub/shower, toilet, and a bigger-sized walk-in closet. You will have full access to the living room, dining area, kitchen, laundry, and garden. All these areas are fully furnished. The whole house is centrally cooled and heated with separate control on each floor. Hot and cold water, Free Hi-Speed internet. All utilities are included. Relatively high ceiling so there is abundant light in the whole house.

One of the smaller rooms in the second floor will be used by us and the two other smaller rooms on the second floor will be opened soon to accommodate guests as well. They will share complete bathroom while we will use the bathroom in the main floor. We will be using the garage for storage so it is going to be off limits to guests.
