Private bedroom with password lock, Shared bathroom (with one other) on the 2nd floor (furnishings in the photo are provided).
Shared kitchen and living room space. Fridge space, cabinet, and drawer spaces. Microwave, stove, and oven are shared. Shared laundry room on second floor. Quiet and friendly house. No pets, no smoking. Quiet and peaceful area/neighborhood. Single Occupant.
Community Center about 5 minute walk, includes 2 pools, jacuzzi, gym, BBQ grill, study space, etc. Free residential curbside parking with limitation for street sweeping.
Upon interest, we will ask for proof of income, and ask for ID. Security deposit is equal to one month’s rent. The rent per month is flat, it includes all utilities. Internet Included. Rent is month-to-month. Note for transparency: there is a prison across the house, if that is a concern to you. It is a distance away.
About the roomies
Currently in house is 5 people and 1 cat. Everyone is generally pretty quiet, friendly.
We have two other tenants currently (one downstairs and one upstairs). The other 3 people are me, my mom, and my dad.
