About the room
Hello- I am looking to rent a room in my home to help balance the rising costs. I am a single mom, I have a 5 year old daughter and a well behaved dog. The room is on the 2nd floor and comes with its own bathroom. Access to the kitchen and laundry.
Beautiful, quiet home in a quiet neighborhood- Huge yard- front and back. Swing in the front, playground in the back. I garden. Love to cook. And keep a clean house.
About the roomies
Single mom of an amazing 5 year old daughter. We are very routine- I work m-f and my daughter is in preschool- so we are gone all day and home most evenings and weekends. Charlie Brown (the dog) is house trained, very friendly to people and other dogs but not cats. (Sorry- no cats).
