About the room

Welcome to your private room rental in a one-story, ranch-style home with ample space–both inside and out. The house sits on a corner lot with no back neighbors, which adds to the quiet, low-key vibe. You’ll have a spacious, fully furnished bedroom with a queen-size bed, walk-in closet, dresser, two nightstands, a recliner, ceiling fan, and a smart TV. Your private bathroom, located just outside the bedroom door, includes a tub-shower combo for both quick routines and slow, end-of-day wind-downs.

You’ll be sharing the main spaces with the live-in landlord and her two friendly dogs. The shared kitchen is open-concept with a wet island and everything you need to cook comfortably. There’s a dining room table for sit-down meals, plus a relaxed living room and a den for extra space to read, work, or simply relax. There’s even a stationary bike if you’re looking to squeeze in a quick workout. The washer and dryer are also in-unit, so there are no trips to the laundromat.

Out back, there’s a fenced yard and a screened-in lanai surrounding the swimming pool–perfect for enjoying the outdoors without leaving the house. The property features garage parking and is fully accessible, with ramps throughout for enhanced mobility. No additional pets are allowed, since the home already has dogs living on-site.

About the roomies

I am a 100% Disabled Veteran. I have 2 furr babies. Luna is a 3 year old 120 lb Rhodesian Ridgeback and Nicky is an 11 year old 10 lb chihuahua. They are special and love us humans. My only pet peave is cleanliness.
