Lovely 3 story building with shared patio, Located 3 blocks from the 36 St N/W train, coffee shop and Italian restaurant right next door.
The room: Has a full size bed and nightstand and still has extra space to fit a desk and dresser. Also, has a nice size closet and window giving the room lots of natural light.
Common Areas: The living room and kitchen are quite large with high ceilings (we just moved in and are still in the decorating process but it has the essential furniture).
Looking for someone with a steady job, quiet home life, clean, and respectful who pays there bills on time.
Apartment is available for short term and long term lease.
