About the room

HI Folks. My name is Craig Wilson. I have two vacant rooms to rent. I’m looking to fill both rooms in a beautiful fully furnished 2000 sq ft home located in Clark County Vancouver. Both rooms are fully furnished, large and cozy with wifi and large walkin closets. $800.00 a month for the room with an adjacent bathroom, the other room is $750.00. Heat and hot water are included along with new minisplit ac heating cooling system. New carpets, new interior paint, new laminate floors and new Corean counter tops in kitchen. Washer and dryer accessible to all residents. Large refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, and there is an additional large refrigerators in the garage. Free parking in a wide two car driveway, the public street or a large garage with remote opener. No security deposit, first last or broker fee. My home is at the very end of a quiet culdasac in a safe neighborhood. A 150 acre field butts up against my backyard, giving tenants space to walk or jogg and explore nature. My home is right off 162nd. A mile away is a shopping center with a safewsy, a fantastic Mexican restaurant, a Burgerville, along with a dollar tree, a vape store and several other smaller businesses. IQ Credit Union and McDonald’s are around the corner. Beautiful Hockinson Psrk is 2 miles away. Very close to Hwy 500, Mill Plain Blvd, 205 Fwy, and the 5 Fwy. Peace Health Hospital, Providence clinic and Legacy Salmon Creek hospital are all within a short driving distance. A bus stop is within walking distance. I’m 72 yrs old on a fixed income. I have a large very friendly female lab/shep dog. I cant drive due to.a disability and spend my time working in the yard, watching the news along with some reading and playing my guitar. I’m in fairly good shape for someone my age. A compatible roommate would offer camaraderie and provide additional income to help me pay my bills. I would like a tenant who is respectful of me and my.home. Someone who cleans up after himself and can fit into a relatively unsupervised environment. I’m liberal and and still open minded even at my age. No smoking, vapeing is ok. No smoking marijuana in doors. No alcohol. A few beers is ok. No pets. No parties or overnight guests. Short term, mid term and long term lease is OK, however, I prefer a long term tenant. Must pay rent on time each month. A short lease agreement will be provided and signed by me and tenant. About the roomies

There are no roomies yet living with me. Im 72 yrs old. I’ve been living here alone in this large home for 16 months after the death of my wife and son in 2024. I played guitar professionally in the past, chord solos and easy listening music at restaurants, parties and wedings. I still play mainly for myself since there is no one else living here.
