The apartment is a girls only, 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom style complex. There is a half bathroom, kitchen, living room, and a patio on the first floor. The 2nd and 3rd floors are where each of the rooms are placed (two rooms per floor). The opening room is on the third floor with two closet spaces and a bathroom. The apartment is very spacious and you don’t feel cramped. There is a washer & dryer, dishwasher, and living room/kitchen furniture provided. The only thing that’s not provided is room furniture (dresser, bed frame, desk, etc.). The $700 per month is the max you will pay after utilities and online payment fees. For the max stay, you can renew the lease if you’d like to and stay for longer, but the lease ends in July.

About the roomies

Two out of the four girls (myself included) are in college, while the other two recently graduated. That point was made to say that it’s a young crowd of roommates (everyone’s under 24) and we are all learning to navigate through adulthood. The girls are very nice and respectful. They love to hang out in the living room and have nights out together. If there is a problem, it’s a safe space to voice concerns and be heard. I would say I’m the most reserved of the bunch, but even so I feel comfortable being around the girls and having a chat with them. There is a cat who is absolutely adorable. Be mindful, she does climb on the tables/chairs/couches if that’s something that bother you.
