Spacious 2 bed 1100sqft home conveniently tucked in a quiet area in downtown Vacaville. No security deposit necessary. Washer & Dryer included with no additional charge. Jack and Jill bathroom. Shared cost of pg&e/recology included in rent charge. I do pay the other half and Internet:) Landlord is also very communicative and friendly!
