A clean, comfortable room is available for rent in a peaceful, family-friendly neighborhood. The home is shared with a friendly dog , husband and two children and who stay half the week with us and the other half with their mom. The environment is calm, with minimal visitors and no constant in-and-out traffic.Our home is conveniently located just 10–12 minutes from Short Pump and VCC, offering easy access to shopping, work, and entertainment. You’ll share a well-kept bathroom, and the house is tidy and organized. Rent is $650 per month, which includes all utilities—water, electricity, Wi-Fi, and even use of the washer and dryer!

The environment is calm, with minimal visitors and no constant in-and-out traffic. My husband and I both work a lot, and we’re very laid-back people. We have two children, with whom he shares joint custody, and we also have a dog. The kids can get a little loud sometimes when they’re playing games, but we talk to them and help them calm down when needed.

Our home has three levels. We’re not very picky people—we treat others the way we’d like to be treated. We do value a clean home and try our best to keep it tidy.

We will be sharing a bathroom. I leave for work very early, so I’d like to work out a schedule that ensures everyone has time to shower and get ready for work or school without any stress.
