Property next to Chico state, right next to the bike path that leads straight to the school. We are a downstairs unit so it’s very convenient. Bedrooms are actually big and has a big sliding closet, window right in the middle of the bedroom, and it is carpet. We already have a dining table that could be used as well; the living room and dining room has big beautiful windows for sunlight. Laundry room in the property (not in unit). There is assigned parking and all neighbors keep to themselves and are all respectful. The property is about a 10 minute walk away from Safeway, Walgreens, project tea, and many more food areas. There is a bus stop right in front of the property that leads straight to downtown or to the Chico plaza (free rides for Chico students).

I am a female 19 year old Sophomore student who lives and shares a bedroom with 22 year old boyfriend. We are looking for a roommate so we can save up a bit more money. We keep to ourselves and usually always in our bedroom watching something or doing work. We are respectful, kind, and come up with agreements/solutions quickly. We keep clean and organized always (we clean the apartment once a week and clean the kitchen every night after use), we love to have fun and meet new people as well. I am an easy going person and a good listener, my boyfriend is more on the quiet side who keeps to himself.
