Nice home, super clean, really great neighborhood, lots of people out walking and biking, close to 39th Street, the Plaza, Westport and KU Med.

All utilities included, plus Washer, Dryer, Wifi, Prime Video, Peacock, Alexa. All household supplies included as well; (laundry soap, paper towels, etc). There are no additional fees or costs.

Nice screened in porch, big back patio with BBQ grill and fire pit. Very clean, (includes cleaning lady for the all the shared space), very organized, nice and quiet.

Looking for a good responsible guy, someone who is tidy, no drugs (legal items are OK), little or no alcohol, outside smoking ok, no criminal record, preferably around the 25 to 45 range, who is comfortable with other responsible roomys. (Introverts will be very comfy here!)
