About the room
3 bed 2 bath, 1195 sq ft. Two rooms are available, and they would share the hallway bathroom. The apartment comes with a fireplace, washer/dryer, kitchen appliances, etc. The apartment complex has a pool and fitness room that come included with residency. The 3 of us would share a designated parking spot and there is plenty other parking spots in the apartment’s parking lot. The building is smoking-free, meaning you’d have to go outside the property to smoke. The apartment is cat and dog friendly but you are required to pay an additional fee. Tenants are responsible for utilities: I pay for gas/electricity and you would be expected to pay for either Internet or water/sewage, with the other incoming roommate picking up the other.
About the roomies
I’m 27 and I am a DoorDash driver. I like to go to the movies and go on walks to Drake Park. I’m clean and mostly keep to myself.
